In mid-January 2010, all employees of Credit Suisse Group who are insured under the annuity plan, and all retirees, will receive the Regulations governing the Annuity Insurance of the Pension Fund of Credit Suisse Group (Switzerland) and/or the Regulations of the Supplementary Pension Fund of Credit Suisse Group (Switzerland), both effective January 1, 2010.

The brochure entitled "Annuity Insurance" and the Pension Fund Information 1/2010 will also be enclosed. 

The Annuity Insurance brochure gives an overview of the pension plans and the key benefits under these plans. It also includes a sample insurance certificate, with the relevant explanations.

The Pension Fund Information 1/2010 and cover letter provide a summary of the main changes to the regulations.

Those insured who are switching to the savings plan as of January 1, 2010, which is a defined contribution plan, already received the Savings Plan Regulations back in June 2009.
